Refund Guidelines
1. No Refund on Principal Amount
All investments made with WEALTHEX INVESTMENT are subject to a lock-in period of 180 days. During this period, the principal amount cannot be
withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Daily Rebate Payouts
Investors will receive 5% daily rebate on their invested amount as per their chosen plan.
These rebates can be withdrawn after 90 days from the date of investment.
No changes or cancellations can be made to rebate payouts once initiated.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds will only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate or erroneous transactions reported within 24 hours of payment.
Inability of WEALTHEX INVESTMENT to allocate funds as per the agreed terms.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds will NOT be processed in the following situations:
Change of mind after initiating an investment.
Request for premature withdrawal of the principal amount before the 180-day lock-in period.
Failure to complete KYC formalities or provide accurate bank details.
